Welcome to Nate’s Holiday Shop! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nate’s Holiday Shop. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases from our online store (collectively, the “Services”).

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

  2. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

  3. Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Because some orders may be sent to third-party fulfillment partners for processing shortly after purchase, cancellation may not be possible once processing has begun.

  4. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

  5. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, availability, descriptions, photographs, or other errors on our website at any time.

  6. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  7. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, order, or shipping address when reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION & SEASONAL MERCHANDISE

  1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, specifications, and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product.

  3. Many products sold through Nate’s Holiday Shop are seasonal and may have limited availability. We do not guarantee that a particular product, size, color, style, or design will remain available.

  4. Holiday merchandise, costumes, decorations, accessories, and other seasonal products may have different availability, processing, and delivery times. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable shipping information before placing an order.

  5. For costumes and other wearable products, customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT SAFETY & USE

  1. Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer-provided instructions, warnings, age recommendations, care instructions, and safety information included with a product.

  2. Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions and warnings.

  3. Certain products sold through our store may be intended for adults, children, or specific age groups. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended user and for supervising children when required.

  4. Costumes, masks, accessories, decorations, lighting products, inflatables, toys, and other merchandise may present safety considerations depending on how they are used. Customers are responsible for using such products appropriately and following all applicable manufacturer warnings and instructions.

  5. Nate’s Holiday Shop does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for a particular use, event, age group, environment, or individual unless expressly stated in the applicable product description or manufacturer documentation.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information, and other shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  2. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  3. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

  4. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  5. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs or government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  6. Delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

  7. Customers purchasing seasonal merchandise are responsible for allowing sufficient time for processing and delivery before the applicable holiday or event.

  2. Refunds are only issued for products that meet the eligibility requirements described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

  3. Certain products, including final-sale merchandise and products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, may not be eligible for return.

  4. Seasonal merchandise and Halloween costumes may be subject to additional return requirements or deadlines as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
